This equipment is an integral flaw detection equipment, which is suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection for 1.5-3.5m energy storage gas cylinders. It adopts circumferential direct energization method and longitudinal induction type composite magnetization technology, which can realize circumferential and longitudinal composite magnetization simultaneously, demagnetization by distance method, and has fast speed, high efficiency and low power consumption. It is suitable for flaw detection of 150-450㎜ diameter gas cylinders.
