A型試塊用于比較兩種滲透檢測劑的優劣; B型試塊用于校驗操作方法和工藝系統靈敏度, C型試塊用于鑒別各類滲透檢測劑性能和靈敏度等級。上述試塊制造廠 家應經上級主管部的認可并經鑒定合格。

Type A test block is used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of two penetration detection agents. Type B test block is used to verify the sensitivity of operation method and process system, and Type C test block is used to identify the performance and sensitivity grade of various penetration detection agents. The manufacturer of the above test block shall be approved by the superior competent department and pass the appraisal.

熒光檢測使用的標準試塊不得用于著色檢測，反之亦然,試塊用后應按規定徹底清洗,清洗后，將試塊存放在50%乙醇和50%丙酮溶劑的密封容器內保存。

The standard test block used for fluorescence detection shall not be used for coloring detection, and vice versa. After the test block is used, it shall be thoroughly cleaned according to regulations. After cleaning, the test block shall be stored in a sealed container with 50% ethanol and 50% acetone solvent.
